These words are not just words, they are values that the Aditya Birla Group always stands by. They focus not only on the company but also on the society at large. They do a lot of community work in across 5000 villages serving around 7.5 million people through Aditya Birla Centre for Community Services and Rural Development. They focus on health care, education, the girl child, sustainable livelihood, women empowerment projects, infrastructure and espousing social reforms. In is reflected in their businesses such as Hindalco which focuses on recycling and sustainability. Aditya Birla is one of those few companies that touches the lives of millions of people. They are present everywhere such as cement, chemicals, fashion, communication etc. Many of us might not even be aware of how deeply we are connected with this brand. The Worli Sea link that people talk about in Mumbai has its roots in the Aditya Birla Group. This link reduced time travel for people to a great extent. Not just that, the famous T2 Airport in Mumbai that is said to be one on the best airports stands tall today as a result of their hard work. Many of their famous fashion brand outlets such as Forever 21, Peter England, Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Louis Philippe, Ted Baker etc are my go-to places. They have given a new dynamic to the entire fashion industry. I am associated with the brand with respect to their life insurance policy as well. Their policies are affordable and at the same time provides a variety of options.

Life is like an ECG machine. It has its own ups and downs. It is not always easy to deal with the various challenges that come your way. But not giving up is always the policy that I have followed and will continue to do so for the rest of my life.
From a very early age I have travelled a lot because of my dad’s transfers. Many a times there have been cases where in language was a barrier. At an early age when I moved from Goa to Agra, I did not know Hindi well. I had only two months do deal with the same but managed to do it effectively. Apart from this there were also cases where in I had to move to another city in the middle of the academic year. This was challenging as adjusting to a new school, new culture, new environment, new people were not easy.
One of the major challenges that I faced in my life was that of failure. When I failed to clear the various entrances that I took during my college days it shattered me. But with time I realised that life is not always about success, it is about learning from your failures as well. Failures are the best teacher. They teach you the importance of fighting back and most importantly the importance of patience. Sometimes it is important to just give your best and be patient about the results. My failures made me humble and hardworking. It helped me mould myself as a person. My failures did not stop me from achieving my dreams. I became even more determined to achieve my goals and eventually did what I wanted to.
