The highest CTC offered stood at INR 1.23 crores per annum, the highest ever in the history of the institute! A total of 269 out of 273 students took part in the process. FMS Delhi maintained the gold standard of achieving 100% placements for the biggest-ever batch size. FMS Delhi Placement 2023 - Key Salary Highlights
- In 2023, the highest salary stood at INR 1.23 crores.
- The average salary stood at INR 34.1 lakhs, as compared to INR 32.40 lakhs in the previous placement process.
- The median salary stood at INR 31 lakhs this year.
FMS Delhi Placement 2023 - Placements in Numbers
In 2023, the average of the top-25 percent of salaries stood at an eye-watering INR 51.50 lakhs, while that of the top-50 percent of salaries stood at INR 42.9 lakhs. The average of the top-75 percent of salaries offered stood at INR 37.7 lakhs.
FMS Delhi Placement 2023 - Key Recruitment Highlights
- This year, a total of 107 companies confirmed participation in FMS Delhi's final placement process, of which 78 companies made offers to the graduating MBA batch of 2022.
- A total of 257 students from a batch of 269 participated in the final placement process, receiving 262 job offers.
- The number of job offers extended increased by 15 percent, alongside a 20 percent increase in the batch size.
- The institute witnessed a total of 69 pre-placement offers (PPOs) extended to the MBA batch - the highest in FMS Delhi's history. Of these, 65 PPOs were accepted.
- Consulting/General Management were the most sought-after roles on campus, while Finance roles were the least preferred, yet still accounting for 16 percent of all offers extended.
FMS Delhi Placement 2023 - Domain-Wise Offers
- Consulting giants, in particular, hired from FMS Delhi in record numbers, with 27% of the total offers rolled out in this domain.
- 19% were from the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domain.
- IT/Analytics/Operations domain offered 18% of the total offers.
- General Management and Strategy domains also saw an increase in the number of offers to 16% of the total offers.
- The sales/Marketing domain offered 20% of the total offers.
FMS Delhi Placement 2023 - Top Recruiters on Campus
The campus witnessed a host of marquee recruiters, including but not limited to Accenture Strategy, Airtel, Amazon, American Express, Atlassian, Bain & Co., BCG, BDA Partners, Colgate-Palmolive, DBS Bank, HUL, I-PAC, ITC, Kearney, Microsoft, Media.net, Mondelez, Morgan Stanley, Nestle, Nomura, O3 Capital, Piramal Group, Standard Chartered, and TATA Administrative Services. Consulting giants, in particular, hired from FMS Delhi in record numbers, underscoring the prestigious position the institution holds among India's business schools.
Of the total offers, 19% were from the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domain, with companies such as American Express, Axis Bank, BDA Partners, DBS Bank, HDFC Bank, Morgan Stanley, NatWest, Nomura, O3 Capital, Power Finance Corporation, Standard Chartered, and State Street making offers for various roles, including Front-end Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, and Treasury.
Prominent recruiters offering roles in Consulting were Accenture Strategy, Aon Consulting, Bain & Co., BCG, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Kearney, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Synergy Consulting.
In the IT/Analytics/Operations domain, companies like Atlassian, Amazon, Appario Retail, EXL Analytics, Flipkart, GO-MMT, Jio Platforms, MagicBricks, Media.net, Microsoft, OfBusiness, Paytm, and Zomato.
The General Management and Strategy domains also saw Airtel, Adani, Capgemini, I-PAC, Piramal Group, Renew Power, RPG, Sterlite Power, and TAS being some of the prominent recruiters.
Apart from the legacy recruiters in the FMCG sector, Sales/Marketing roles were offered by the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Electronics, Retail, E-Commerce, Industrial Goods, and Automobile sectors, with recruiters such as Asian Paints, Colgate-Palmolive, Dabur, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, HUL, ITC, Mars Wrigley, Mondelez, Nestle, Pernod Ricard, Pidilite, and Reckitt.
