What makes you take pride in working for an organization like Mahindra! Is it the values that the company follows to the tee or the respect for the brand and its common perception among its consumers that gives you the reason to stick to the organization. We spoke to one such employee of Mahindra in its Mumbai headquarters Bagisha Jha, who took us through her journey with the Mahindra group so far and the reasons to join the group after completing her Master’s Degree from TISS.
After her B-school days, Bagisha got selected to be part of the GMC program of Mahindra where she got to work with the employer branding and resourcing for the group. With her bent in diversity and inclusion she got associated actively with creating a diverse workplace. Right from organizing different interventions, planning and implementing, Bagisha came up with the Women Leaders Program at Mahindra, supporting the high performing women in the organization. With Mahindra, Bagisha successfully transformed her career within Mahindra where she later shifted to a hardcore business role from a corporate one. She joined Mahindra Finance as a Business Partner HR where she is handling a team of over 1200 currently, taking profit and loss of the company into account. Bagisha has been an integral part of the organization building a happy, energized and equal workplace for the employees and is committed to continuing in the future. Tell us in the comments section below about the importance of understanding employee relations in an organization in order for it to become successful. *This is a promoted feature.
