We spoke to one such employee of Mahindra in its Mumbai headquarters Bagisha Jha, who took us through her journey with the Mahindra group so far and the reasons to join the group after completing her Master’s Degree from TISS.
With Mahindra, Bagisha successfully transformed her career within Mahindra where she later shifted to a hardcore business role from a corporate one. She joined Mahindra Finance as a Business Partner HR where she is handling a team of over 1200 currently, taking profit and loss of the company into account. Bagisha has been an integral part of the organization building a happy, energized and equal workplace for the employees and is committed to continuing in the future.
