Amidst challenging economic conditions, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, has achieved a significant milestone by successfully concluding its final placements for the largest batch in the institute's history - PGP 38 and ABM 19. The batch of 2022-2024 witnessed 634 offers secured for 576 students. The institute's placement drive showcased remarkable resilience and strength, attracting active participation from over 250 domestic and international recruiters. Some of the top recruiters across different sectors were ABG, Accenture, Adani Group, Avendus Capital, Bain & Company, BCG, Deloitte, McKinsey, Microsoft, Ola, PwC, Samagra, Shell, VISA, Target, and TAS. Comparative Analysis Comparing the final placement data from 2023 to 2024 at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow reveals a marginal decline in salary figures. In 2023, the average salary stood at 32.2 LPA, while the median salary was 30 LPA. However, in 2024, there was a decrease, with the average salary dropping to 30 LPA, reflecting a decline of approximately 6.83%. Similarly, the median salary declined to 27 LPA in 2024, indicating a decrease of about 10% from the previous year.
