Indian Institute Of Management Tiruchirappalli was established in 2011. It is one amongst the seven second-generation IIMs. It started its functioning under the mentorship of IIM Bangalore and grew out as an independent institute. IIM Trichy has a 175 Acre campus 12Kms away from Trichy Airport, well equipped to provide top quality experience to students. The rigorous academic curriculum and student-driven activities provide the best environment for the overall personality development of students.
The uniqueness of IIM Trichy lies in its diverse student demography. Students from different academic and cultural background are one of the strongest pillars of IIM Trichy’s Success. Gender diversity ratio here is highest 1:1 amongst all the IIM’s. Our logo represents a human form with out-stretched arms signalling the spirit of achievement and fulfilment. The orange colour captures the vibrancy of the institute’s culture while the subtle shape of the Blue between the arms also indicates a flame - a traditionally recognized symbol of education. The logo design combines tradition with a contemporary touch. IIM Trichy as the base unit forms the foundation for that learning and growth. I would like to work for “Aditya Birla fashion and retail limited”, as it is India’s leading fashion industry. It will provide me with a great opportunity to contribute with my skills and learn from the experience of best leaders in the industry. My diligence and dedication towards my work along with the exposure at ABFRL would help me develop a more practical and efficient view point while tackling new challenges, which would direct me to lead the organization to new heights.
