ISB PGDM 20 Month MBA Program for Young Leaders: Eligibility Criteria
PGDM for Young Leaders program is designed for candidates who want to build and fast-track their growth early in their management career. The eligibility criteria for the program are:
- Education qualification: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline. There is no minimum score requirement as of now in the official brochure
- Work Experience: No more than 0-24 months of work experience as of 15th June in the year you intend to join the program.
- Test Scores Accepted: CAT, GMAT, and GRE. For the GMAT and GRE only center-based tests are considered.
- Additional requirement: If the medium of instruction is not English, then a valid TOEFL/ IELTS score is required.
ISB PGDM 20 Month MBA Program for Young Leaders: Selection Criteria
- Stage 1: For Initial Shortlisting, the students will be evaluated based on their profiles and test scores. Academic performance, extracurricular awards and achievements, and essay performance will also be considered.
- Stage 2: The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by senior industry leaders, ISB faculty, and alumni. A detailed weightage is not yet given.

For the 2025-2027 batch, the 20 months course fee is as follows:
- INR 21,65,000 +18% GST
- Accommodation fee of INR 3,95,000.
- A refundable security deposit of INR 20,000
- An optional ISB Alumni Association membership Fee of INR 25,000 + 18% GST.
There are three scholarships available for the PGDM Young Leaders Course: Merit Based, Merit Cum Need-Based and ISB Develop India Scholarship.
The academic calendar highlights the mandatory summer internships like IIMs. The program term will begin in July and end in February. The program also features other practical learning programs to target the cohort ranging from freshers to people with less than 2 years of experience.
