In 2021, InsideIIM for the first time launched the Most Employable CA Challenge. It was an exclusive program to give India's top CA talent a chance to build their own brand and showcase their business acumen and communication skills to their peers and prospective recruiters. To participate, CA professionals were tested on their communication skills, presentation skills, business acumen and strategic thought process through multiple rounds. All the entries in the competition were judged by Mrs. Miti Vaidya, VP of Marketing at Kapiva. All the winners of the competition win one mentorship session with their desired industry expert via Kounsel by InsideIIM + an eCertificate.

When adversity strikes, many people get knocked down by it. Prachi faced a similar situation where she had a motor accident just a week before her IPCC exam. However, despite being injured, Prachi overcame her adversity and cleared her papers in the first attempt. Hailing from Nashik, Prachi has always believed in constant learning and self-improvements.
