Students secured coveted positions across various sectors such as BFSI, Conglomerates, Consulting, E-commerce, FMCG/FMCD, and IT, among others. Many students received offers tailored to their interests, with 47% obtaining pre-placement offers from their summer internships. Established recruiters reaffirmed their confidence in our institution, while the addition of new recruiters underscores the strength of our brand. Notable newcomers this season include Air India, AM/NS, Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s, Hexaware Technologies, IDFC First Bank, Seclore, TAS, TATA Communications, and United Breweries Limited. Key Insights:

Message from the Placement Desk Congratulating the students on their stellar achievement, Prof. Mayank Pareek, the Faculty Coordinator from the Placement Desk, expressed immense pride in the outstanding opportunities received by the students. He remarked, "Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay has completed the final placements for the 28th batch of the MBA program. Despite a tough placement season across business schools, SJMSOM had 48 recruiters visit the school. The performance of the school has been on the rise and continues to be one of the top choices for the companies. A variety of roles were offered by the recruiting companies that align with the interests of the students. The addition of 11 new recruiters and retaining 77% of recruiters in this season reflects the brand of the school. At this moment, I would like to thank all the visiting recruiters for placing their trust in the school, and the faculties and alumni of the school for extending their support in completing the final placements.
