Subhadarshini Mullick is known for being spirited, approachable, open-minded, kind, and friendly. She likes to socialize and make friends on the go. Often seen chit-chatting with her peers, she is an organized individual who keeps her room clean and beautiful with n number of things hanging on the wall. She has a creative mind which shows in her work and ideas. She is also passionate about dancing and has learned multiple dance forms like belly dance, salsa, and Bollywood. Taking a look at her dance page on Instagram makes it evident. Along with this, she is also into art-craft and acting and is part of the dramatics interest group "Qafila" at XLRI. Subhadarshini Mullick led a social impact project during her Organisational Behaviour course, initiating a clothes and food donation drive. This two-day drive included a workshop for children of college staff, focusing on education, literacy, mental health, and well-being. The project provided insights into the challenges faced by staff and highlighted the importance of mental health in the professional realm. Subhadarshini emphasizes the need for open sessions to discuss personal lives, fostering trust and collaboration within teams. As a Jr. Executive member of the Academic Committee at XLRI, Subhadarshini enhanced her leadership skills by liaising between students and faculty, ensuring smooth academic processes for a batch of 120. Her responsibilities included decision-making, polls, negotiations with professors, and addressing grievances. She values compassion and responsibility as crucial leadership qualities, aiming to bring these to a professional setting. Subhadarshini plans to leverage her MBA skills in time management, collaboration, research, analytical abilities, comprehension, problem-solving, questioning, and task prioritization. She sees prioritizing tasks and efficient time allocation as specific values she can bring to a company. Her preferred industry is management consultancy due to its diverse nature, providing opportunities to work on varied problems across industries and functions. Subhadarshini's critical thinking, problem-solving skills, strong communication, and presentation abilities make her a good fit for this industry. She aspires to work with renowned companies like Accenture Strategy, McKinsey, Bain & Company, and BCG. In terms of teamwork, Subhadarshini believes in delegation, knowledge exchange, coordinated contribution, and collective efforts toward efficient task completion. Her collaborative approach, demonstrated in projects and events, contributes to her success in teamwork. She believes she deserves to be one of the Most Employable MBA Graduates - Class Of 2024 due to her adaptability, resilience, determination, communication skills, and ambition. Subhadarshini envisions leading a team, working on her own initiatives, and eventually creating something of her own with a focus on generating employment and social impact.
