Leading the initiative to strategize and create a performance management and total rewards framework, Vaibhav gained a unique perspective on the complexities faced by senior executives in aligning HR practices with strategic objectives. The project demanded a deep understanding of the company's vision, values, and strategic thinking. Vaibhav conducted an in-depth analysis, identified areas of improvement, and interviewed stakeholders at all levels, showcasing his analytical skills and stakeholder management. Vaibhav actively developed his leadership skills during his MBA, serving as a Class Representative and a member of the Placement Operations team. In the Placement Operations team, he learned decision-making, delegation, and problem-solving under pressure. Vaibhav envisions applying these skills in a professional setting to build relationships, foster diversity and inclusion, and create a workplace where everyone feels valued. In leveraging his MBA skills in his future career, Vaibhav plans to impact companies by aligning HR practices with business objectives for sustainable growth.
