Challenges tangible or intangible, most common in lives of people from birth to end. But how to overcome would be a difficult task which I have mastered in many situations of my life. A biggest challenge I faced in my life is during my graduation, where I had taken an initiative to work on assembling a Go-Kart and participating in a National championship. Being a highly motivated person I could convince a team of 15 members to work on this heavy and prestigious project. Due to management change in the college, we faced issue for funds in developing the project. But I managed to bring some sponsors to fund our vehicle at least in the initial stages until we get provisional funding from college. Also after the work started we had to spend our nights working on this project spending day time in college and academics. This has hampered the focus on academics for some of the group members. Then I had to put an extra effort to make them get motivation in the work we do and the prestige we are going to achieve with the first of its kind from our college. Overcoming all these I finally participated in the race after which I was offered to organize a workshop on vehicle dynamics in my college for the junior batches. Also changing stream from Mechanical in graduation to IT as my work, I had made myself open to challenges and found a way out of it.
