The department currently offers a full-time MBA program, an Executive MBA program for working professionals, and a rigorous Ph.D. program with opportunities for research in various management fields. The Department highly emphasizes experiential and process-oriented learning. Educational approaches such as heavy use of Harvard case studies (HBS), simulation exercises, industry-oriented project work, and eight weeks of summer project work are used to promote the same. The process-oriented learning is further enhanced by Global Field Studies (GFS), which students undertake for their projects. Besides honing individual decision-making abilities, sufficient attention is placed on developing team skills and decision-making skills.
