I can still relive the excitement I experienced during my interview at NITIE Mumbai. The interviewer asked me to name the parent company of the suit I was wearing. Starring at the crown broach of my Louis Philippe suit, I confidently replied, Its Aditya Birla Group. After the interview, I glanced at the influence of the brand in my life and was surprised by the role it played in transforming me into a man from a boy.
In 2018, I was playing an important part in development of our country’s infrastructure. Working with a construction firm I handled the construction of a state highway project. Interacting with industry experts and professionals, I realized that in order to strive for excellence, I need to hone my knowledge and skills and an MBA would play a pivotal role in this direction. While using Ultratech cement for concrete pavements, my desire of an MBA from a premier B-school also got cemented. My preparation for CAT started right off and my Idea powered smartphone. Its high speed internet empowered me to access all the information at fingertips even at remote locations. The 6-month long journey of managing my professional and aspirational sphere finally turned fruitful when I landed up getting a call from my dream B-school i.e., NITIE Mumbai.
Today, when I look back through my journey, I realize that Aditya Birla Group was always there helping me in one way or the other to fulfill my dreams. The pleasure of helping someone in aspiring their dreams is priceless and Aditya Birla Group owns millions of such stories to its name.
I too aspire to become a part of this mission and help the nation and its people in transforming themselves.
