To answer this, we need to turn this question around on its head. What makes a campus unique? Is it the facilities? Is it the environment? Or is it the people you inhibit the campus with?
If you ask me, our campus’s uniqueness comes from the synergy of all three. Being located in lush, beautiful surroundings puts IIM Kashipur a unique situation to provide students a serene learning environment. The weather of Kashipur, is one of the most pleasant I have ever felt. When it comes to the infrastructure, our campus is one of the best. The academic block, hostel rooms are all top notch. In addition, the mess food the most delicious I have ever had. All these facilities provide any student a home away from home.
Last but not the least, the people. The nurturing experience provided to us by the student council and our seniors was an enriching one. Their Guidance on how to lead the IIM name in future has been quite the learning experience. Moreover, meeting and working with my batch mates who come from diverse backgrounds has been a pleasant learning experience on how to work in teams.
When these three aspects come together, they give our campus its own unique flavour.
Which Aditya Birla Group Company I want to work for and why?
Being one of India’s largest and oldest conglomerate offers me multiple unique learning opportunities. Out of all their subsidiaries, the one that interests me the most is IDEA cellular. I think the progressive and developing IT sector in India offers great opportunity to learn and gain experience from the large customer base. As Idea cellular will get the largest customer base in India after its merger with Vodafone, I think this will give me a very thorough learning experience on how to cater to the needs of a large and growing nation and solve its problems.
