Life gives you both sweet and bitter experiences and I have learnt from past experience how to react in hard times of life. During different phases of life, the degrees of challenges vary.
As I started my professional career, I was a learning enthusiast and accepted challenges with a positive attitude. I took help of my seniors and used my networking skills to overcome the challenge and get the work done before deadline. Gradually when I was an experienced professional, I learnt the skill of multi-tasking and people management. I learnt how to work in a team and how synergies might give tremendous results when executed efficiently. I acquired the industrial knowledge diligently which helped me to overcome challenges up to some extent.
I am ambitious and foresee myself as a part of senior management team (the decision maker body) of any organization. In order to fulfill my dreams I took a very crucial decision of pursuing MBA from NMIMS. The decision required a lot of brainstorming, research, take-away from seniors, advice from industrial experts and a holistic view with all the possible consequences. I believe in taking calculative risk when required and new ways of solving a problem than solving it in a traditional method.
Having 20 months work experience in data analytics, I do a thorough data analysis to approach any problem in the right direction. For e.g. predicting the future market share value of any organization with the help of their historical performance and deciding whether to buy or sell it.
I believe by having a positive attitude towards any problem, one can solve it with skills like determination, commitment, hard-work and good team work.

Aditya Birla Group has been like a family to me who has nurtured my childhood and made me what I am today. I was born and brought up in a small town named Renusagar in Sonebhadra district of Uttar Pradesh. Renusagar is a strategic location for Aditya Birla Group as it has Renupower Division limited which caters HINDALCO (one of the leading aluminum manufacturer) with their energy needs in terms of electric power supply.
I had my early schooling in Aditya Birla Public School, which was as good as any public school in a Tier-II city of the country. Students in Renusagar never felt a need to go to a good city for education. Aditya Birla made sure that quality of teaching and learning experience doesn’t get compromised and had the best pedagogy in the region. Aditya Birla has been very special to my family. My father started working for Aditya Birla Group at the age of 21 and it still working as Deputy Manager at age of 59.
