And when I was pursuing engineering, I didn’t even know that why it is necessary to cure the plaster. But when it came to a father’s commitment to build a better place for our family by constructing the second floor in our home. In this scenario my knowledge to an advertisement about an engineer’s choice along with my father’s experience, made us choose the UltraTech’s cement for the construction.

How I push myself to keep moving forward…

During my MBA Examination preparation in my bachelor’s degree, I used to get the lowest mark in my verbal section. Even during a conversation in English, I used to fumble a lot. Because of this I suffered from anxiety and nervousness and almost lost my confidence after the first attempt. However, after that, I joined Blue Star Limited as a Graduate Engineer Trainee(GET). But deep down I was still searching for my management exposer.
But one more dilemma came in my way at that time, in order to get good marks whether I should continue with my work or not? And by thinking this constantly my work was getting hampered too.
Although I strongly believe in “Where there's a will there's a way”. I found that during working hours I was used to speak more and more in English due to the working environment and also improving steadily on speaking and writing skills. Apart from this, mail conversation helped me a lot in interference of language too.
With these practices, I gained my confidence back and tried one more attempt in MBA Exam. And the result was still negative but this time instead of being shameful on my grade I was analyzing my track record. With the determination of becoming more sincere on my schedule. I cleared the exam with decent marks and at the same time got the promotion too which proved that If you determine something and put your efforts with utmost sincerity you can achieve anything that you desire.
