Aditya Birla Group stands for and carries with it a legacy of trust, quality, and values. There are two perspectives that work together in synergy while putting together the mammoth impact that Aditya Birla Group has had on my life. The first being the perspective of a consumer, which probably resonates with millions of people across the globe. Hindalco aluminium is as important to the cover glass of my phone as much as it is to high worth infrastructure contracts.

The tower I live in is made using UltraTech cement. I make phone calls because of its telecom network. The roads I travel on, the car I use, the investments I make, the shopping I do, the groceries I buy – almost all necessities and luxuries alike are associated with ABG. The second perspective deals with the indirect effect on an individual through the economy as a whole. The group directly employs 120,00 people across the globe and creates business and indirect growth for millions of others.

As people get employed, there is more disposable income in the economy,  demand increases and the economic cycle of growth moves forth. ABG has helped in the development of Indian infrastructure through its metals and cement; agricultural productivity through its fertilizers; contributed to the growth of the textile industry in India; formed the largest telecom network in the country and in innumerable other ways created positive externalities for the economy that ultimately affects and benefits the individual.
