Aditya Birla Group has impacted my life directly or indirectly in a number of ways. Out of a huge range of products, clothing is the one I have been associated with since quite a long time now and it certainly has made a huge impact on my personality. Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Van Heusen and Peter England all these brands have impacted my personality in one way or other.
For instance, the first necktie I bought in my life to wear in a corporate world was of Peter England and I still wear it after five years. The first suit I bought was of Louis Philippe and the shirts I used to wear at office, were generally of Allen Solly or Louis Philippe or Van Heusen. And all this happened without my knowledge that all these brands are operated by a single group that is Aditya Birla Group and once I got to know this, a strange realization hit me that though all these brands are being operated under different names but they all offered one common thing and that was “Self-assurance". All the products which I had bought gave me a sense of self-assurance in one way or other and anytime when I used to buy cloths which I would be wearing at a place where I had to present myself, I automatically end up being at one of these four brands.
So, I wouldn’t be exaggerating if I say that the Aditya Birla Group provides people an opportunity to carry themselves with a tinge of Self-assurance.
I have always aspired to become a successful person in life. But as I was born and brought up in a small city, I had to overcome a lot of challenges in my life so far to keep myself on track.
The first challenge I overcame was to get admission in one of the top private institute of India without any kind of formal coaching after 12th. This problem I overcame by keeping a positive mindset and by doing a lot of Hardwork on my own. Second problem that I overcame was to compete with high intellect people coming from different parts of India during my graduation. Here I followed the policy of perseverance. Although I didn’t get good marks at the very outset of the degree but I didn’t lose my patience and kept working hard which in the end led to fruition and I passed the graduation with good marks and also secured campus placement.
Once I entered the corporate world, I gave my best from the very first day. Due to my hardwork and smartwork, I always got recognised as one of the top talent in the organization. Although I was doing quite well, I always felt like that I can do a lot more than what I was doing there. So to utilize my potential to its optimum level I thought to pursue MBA and started working hard to get admission in one of the premium institute of India and I end up landing an admission in NMIMS
Now I am looking forward to learn various subtleties of corporate world in the next two years and then launch myself in the corporate world.
