Aditya Birla Capital has helped my father is realizing his dream. His dream of building a house became a reality with the help of home finance division of the Aditya Birla Capital. The quality of service and the ease with which the loan was disbursed were some of the features which I liked the most. The accessibility of the salesperson, his helpful nature and how diligently he solved all the doubts my father had regarding the process is the reason why my father rates the service so highly and has even recommended the housing solutions to some his friends also.
The other service Aditya Birla Capital that has impressed me is the health insurance. I took the Aditya Birla’s health insurance plan in 2018. The quality of service provided by the operators and the additional features such the fitness tracking and rewards based on that led me to opt for Aditya Birla’s plan. Various features of the plan like cashless servicing of the claims and tie ups with the various big and multi-specialty hospitals has helped me a lot. The health insurance proved to be very helpful during my bike accident in later part of 2018. Due to the cashless facility of the Aditya Birla insurance, I didn’t need to spend much and register for the claim process afterwards. Further the ease with which my expenses on medical checkups and tests were reimbursed has reaffirmed my choice of selecting the Aditya Birla’s plan above anyone else.
Professional Challenge: During my job, I was asked to automate the weekly termination process of my client on Financials side. I coded the same in 1 week. The client also had a monthly termination process which was quite complex that is why it was done manually. I requested the manager to allow me to automate that also. First, she was reluctant about it as any miss can have severe repercussions. I described her about the efforts that will be saved through this automation. Finally, she approved the small project and I was able to complete that in 1.5 months. Earlier it used to take 2 days of effort to complete the whole monthly process but through my automation, process was taking just 1 hr of process time and just 5 minutes of manual effort.
Personal Challenge: In 2nd year, I joined an NGO named Bachhpan which was an initiative of our seniors for helping poor kids, Bachhpan was basically created for helping the poor kids in their educational requirements, we used to buy books, bags, stationary for the enrolled kids and some of us also used to take classes in slum areas. I was on the fundraising committee and used to go to nearby colleges and government offices for fundraising. One of my friend Jay and I was also in charge of one of the students Krupa. I was taking care of finances and Jay was helping her in studies, I was my biggest achievement when she got straight A in all the subjects in class 7th.
