13th July 2002, Natwest series finale between India & England- On the very same day my dad had a big event lined up at office-his first meeting as a Chief Drafting Supervisor, HAL Sunabeda with the executives of other division. I, a 9-year-old child, was in awe with his positive aura shining out after suiting up in Peter England’s shirt & trouser. I always looked up to my Dad & desired to suit up in Peter England one day. The anti-wrinkle & aquatech comfortable shirt matched with perfectly fit trouser augmented my Dad’s strong personality which resulted in a highly successful meeting.

2009- Our house was built with Ultra Tech Cement. 10 years down the line, the house has transformed to home with a lot of memories, emotion & bond developed between family members. We witnessed many ups & downs but the only constant was strength & reliability of the house base structure.
2011- I associated myself with the wittiness & resourcefulness of IDEA brand.

Durga Puja is an emotion for all the Bengali people around the globe. Every year since 2012, we as a family shops clothing for Puja at Pantaloons. It is a grand two-day affair where we flock into Pantaloon
to buy clothes not only for us but for our near & dear ones. The feeling of happiness & jubilation while shopping with my family bonds us closer & deeper.
During my childhood, I was an introvert mainly due to the fact that I feared being judged & ridiculed for being obese. It hampered my confidence & communication with people in general.
To overcome this, I decided to take charge & make some positive changes in my life.
I transformed my diet & indulged in regular exercise. This strict regime not only helped me vanquished obesity but also boosted my confidence to go out & triumph.
I volunteered to lead from the front by accepting Position of Responsibilities like Placement Representative at college, as well as, Vice President-Education at TCS Maitree Icon Toastmaster Club.
I aspired to learn management education in a formal way. When I got an interview call at IIFT, I was well equipped with confidence, knowledge & Peter England apparel-the combination of all these resulted in realization of my dream of studying at one of the premier B-school of the country- Indian Institute of Foreign Trade
Every day, I look at myself & my belief in being a better person reinvigorates, given the progress I have made.
