I worked with the oldest private bank in the country and was endued with the responsibility to increase the book value of the bank in terms of retail credits in Delhi-NCR. Being an engineer, I was new to the financial sector but I have a knack of learning inside me that forces me to keep on pushing the boundaries. I aspire to hold a senior leadership profile in a business conglomerate and for that I believe that experiences and learning is beneficial as it provides the opportunity to grow as an individual. I learnt about the financial and retail credit segment through books, online resources and took assistance from the seniors.
With keen hard work, I was successfully able to over-achieve my allotted target. My seniors appreciated my performance and further endowed me with the responsibility of looking after auto loan portfolio and assigned me a team of 10 members.
All this I managed with my studies and was able to score 98.96 percentile in CAT and moved a step further towards fulfilling my dream by joining the esteemed management program of one of the leading B-school on the country.
