Personally, this question has not been easy to answer. Before joining IIM Raipur, I had enrolled in another prestigious B-school, where I had already completed 20 days of classes. It was a crucial decision to make wherein I had to leave the safety net and the cushion of a set atmosphere, to join IIM Raipur, where classes had already started. Although it was a tough decision to take, I have not regretted since. The brand IIM will stay for life and the campus has attracted a lot of brilliant minds which will make learning a wholesome process.
The city of Raipur has been developing at a rapid pace and has already started attracting a lot of new companies. Although in the beginning, it was not an easy thing to adjust, all it takes is a week to get into the groove of an IIM. With the construction of a new campus, the brand will develop at a supersonic speed.
Which ABG company would you like to work for and Why?
Fashion is a thing which literally never goes out of fashion! ABG has been responsible for creating a solid brand of fashion retail. The growth story has been phenomenal. Although traditionally, fashion has not been considered as the leading industry to be, right after B-school, the waves are changing. It gives a great opportunity for fresh MBA graduates to provide valuable insights and help the brand grow further.
