Aditya Birla group is not just a name, it's a legacy that's been continuing for more than 162 years. Consciously or unconsciously it has affected my life in some way or the other. The first thing that I can associate with ABG is a clothing range that it offers from affordable apparels at pantaloons store to my favorite clothing range of Allen Solly & Louis Philippe. Hackett London & Ralph Lauren are the brands that I want to add to my list as they are still out of my present budget. When it comes to housing then products that are used dominantly are cement & steel and Ultratech & Hindalco Steel comes into the scene as they are leading manufacturer of these products in the world. When it comes to keeping food fresh then Freshwrapp aluminum foil came to the rescue. When it comes to connectivity then Idea is the brand of ABG which helps me to connect with others and after the merger quality has been improved. In terms of education, I wanted to be a part of BITS Pilani but I was not able to clear the entrance examination & entered into another college. It was a dream that was not fulfilled. Various other products are also used indirectly like carbon in tires of automobiles, preservatives in food, IT services & many other services. So ABG is there always in my life knowingly or unknowingly and plays an important part in my life.
The first challenge which I faced was when I was in 9 class. That time I was in my school cricket team and during practice, I got injured. My coach said you can leave as it would be difficult to wear a helmet with an injury. But I practiced with an injury because the match was just a day after that injury and I practiced with that so that I can play with that injury and that's how overcome that challenge. After that, The challenge which I faced in my life is the time when I was in 11th class & lost my grandfather during my final exams. That phase was quite tough as during the last time I was not with my grandfather as he was suffering from cancer & I was not able to add any input to his life before his death. That was an emotional time in my life as my exams were also there & I was not able to attend his funeral which taught me the importance of being with family when it's needed. After that when I passed my 12 class then I was not able to convert any good colleges after that because of my lack of technical knowledge which pushed me backward & then to overcome this and be good at technical skills I completed many internships in many companies and to increase my social knowledge did some social internship. From there I came to know that I have this capability of managing & leading the group. So I worked hard for my MBA entrance exams which I didn't focus after my 12th exams on engineering entrance exams and cracked one of the best b school in India. These were the challenges which I faced and overcoming these I am trying to reach to fulfill my ambitions and get improved during every process.
