Being a part of a Management institute, we the students of Kashipur believes that the word ‘Management’ is associated with the combination of Society, Business and Management. The same idea reflects in our LOGO, imparting business education which deals with the triple bottom line of the People, Planet, and Profit. Education is based on the triple foundation of humility, character, and righteousness. This is to nurture a social conscience that delivers performance and excellence across cultures, functions and geographies - again a triad’. It shows that one may go out and swirl and churn in the outside world but the core conscience given is so sustainable that it will never lose its effect - its color (blue).
Every Management Institute in the country provides ample facilities on-campus to enhance practical knowledge of the student. IIM Kashipur goes an extra mile and is among the very few IIM’s to have 11 active Bloomberg terminals constantly running. Students can get live data regarding companies and markets from the Bloomberg terminal. Any domain enthusiasts (Finance, Marketing, Strategy, and so forth) can easily approach it to be more productive, faster, and efficient when performing financial analysis or research when participating in any B-School or Corporate Competitions.
IIM Kashipur also offers superior international exposure. The institute has a tie-up with prominent institutes across the globe so as to further develop academic and cultural interchanges with these institutions through mutual assistance in the areas of education and research.
Adding, it not only sends students for exchanges, it has also had the distinction of sending student delegates through the Ministry of Youth Affairs. (China and South Korea, to be exact.)
