Driving through the outskirts of Raipur, the path to IIM Raipur’s present campus could be easily missed. But as you enter the main gate, you find a world that is unique and complete all on its own.
Besides the diversity at IIM Raipur itself, the campus has 2 other colleges: IIT Bhilai and GEC Raipur. This conglomeration of students from a variety of fields, backgrounds and cultures with varying experiences, thoughts and ideas helps augment the individual personality. There are engineers, doctors, chartered accountants, B.Com graduates, Arts graduates among many others.
Living at IIM Raipur is a wholesome experience. The same building has classes, library, computer lab, mess, canteen and hostels. You have no other option but NETWORK. ‘Networking, Networking, Networking’- that’s all the corporate world is about and IIM Raipur has plenty of opportunities for the same. If you think you are a reserved person, all will change once you start living in the dormitories/make-shift rooms with 10 other people of different characters. You spend many sleepless nights together doing preparations, studying or just simply gossiping.
The campus has a basketball court, a badminton court and fully-functional indoor and outdoor gym.
If there’s an event at IIM Raipur, every student would be involved. Every festival is celebrated. All clubs and committees are student-run. And any change you want to implement, you can.
All these experiences make up for the lack of infrastructure any day.

I would like to work for Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL).
The world of fashion is dynamic. New styles come and go every day and designers ultimately need to get their product to the market.
ABFRL brings together the learnings and businesses of two renowned Indian fashion icons, Madura Fashion & Lifestyle and Pantaloons Fashion and Retail.
This will provide me with ample growth opportunities and scope for innovations and out-of-the-box thinking.
