"Aditya Birla Group" big in my life
All the things in the universe have a tendency to change but there are few things and phenomena that are an almost never-ending constant in life. Aditya Birla Group is like moon and sun that follows us across seas and boundaries and is present there as we grow. Aditya Birla Group is big in my life because it takes care of every small moment and makes it big. From securing my future to empowering my future ,from building my hub to the highways that get me there, from driving a car to travelling in the railways, from styling my wardrobe to bringing me the world of fashion ,from connecting me with the world to enable the conversations to happen , think about any sector and ABG is there. Other than these, ABG is actively contributing to the social and economic development of the communities in various fields and building a better, sustainable way of life for the weaker sections of society and raising the country's human development index. ‘Being Big ‘to creating and delivering ‘Big Value’ for its consumers and people at large is the only motto of ABG. It is true for me as ‘Birla Carbon’ is making tyres safer and stronger for my journey, ‘Hindalco Novelis’ is recycling over 65 billion cans per year making a sustainable environment for me and many more examples like these. Aditya Birla Group is expanding their family size by treating customers as their part and becoming big in their life.

We may not be able to control every situation and its outcome, but we can control our attitude and how we deal with it. Everyone in this life faces challenges and how beautifully you face them is what makes life beautiful and worth living. Coming from a small town in Punjab, some of my decisions were not life-changing just for me but for many others too. From, facing criticism about my appearance, my dark colour complexion to hearing that why does a girl need to go out for work, everything I was doing was different for others. Not having any prior knowledge of Computer world, I chose to be computer engineer. Working for 24*7 operational job was not easy too. I read a line somewhere that a person has two choices “either do what you love or love what you do” and I am the latter person. I have immense proud in myself for being here where I am today, for being the first girl in my family to get out of home town for studies, for being the first girl in my family to get a job in another city, for being the first girl in my family to not getting married in my mid-twenties and choosing higher studies upon it. There will be many more challenges coming in life but I am ready to fight and knock them out. My ambition is not to have a lot of wealth but it is to live my life on my terms. Hearing from my family that they are proud of me is my achievement. My siblings' decisions to follow me and to give importance to career is my achievement. Life is all about choices and taking responsibility for every choice you make.
