What do we understand by the word “Symbiosis”? “Symbiosis” is an interaction between two organisms living together in an intimate association or the merging of two dissimilar organisms. This is exactly what Symbiosis Institution of Business Management does. We enter the institution as an individual. But the very moment we become a part of this institution, we become one with all. We set aside all our difference and gel as a team. A team whose motive is to advance forward and set a benchmark that excels the previous ones.
I believe that my campus is unique in its own way. Firstly, I would like to point out the fact that the location of the campus the best I have ever seen. The campus is located in the most serene location of all. Although it is located in a quiet place, it is always bustling with activities and enthusiasm. Apart from the quality education that we receive here, one also gets a chance to parade the skills and finesse that sets one apart from others. This doesn’t only apply for academics but also includes co-curricular activities. My campus surpasses others not only in terms of academics but also thrives in all the co-curricular activities. Both are giving equal weightage.
When we talk about SIBM, the very first thing that crosses our mind is Quality Education. What we receive here in terms of education, I don’t think that any other campus could impart such knowledge and experience to its student and for that I consider myself one of the fortunate person. In classrooms, we not only gather knowledge from the textbooks but also from the experience of the teachers. The faculty members here are very supportive. They will dedicate themselves entirely towards students. We may be sitting the classroom and studying a particular subject but our thinking is never limited within the classroom. It transcends all boundaries and limitations and all the credit goes to our teachers. An individual is always encouraged by the teacher to interact in the class. “There is no right answers or wrong answer” This is the motto that our teachers follow. Any kind of idea is highly appraised by the teachers which I think is the best part of it.
Another thing that makes my campus unique is the myriad diversity of the students. At SIBM, students from different states and countries come together and live as one. Through this we get to know about the culture and tradition of different states and countries. Interaction is always prevalent in my campus. It happens at such a high frequency that within a week you tend to remember the names of more than half of your batchmates. We interact with each other on daily basis whether it is related to any project work or it’s just a talk over lunch. These are some of the reasons that make the campus very unique in its own way.
Which Company I would like to work and why?
I would really love to work for Aditya Birla Group, as it has the best environment for employees. Further I would prefer to work for Aditya Birla and Fashion Limited. I want to work for the said company because its related to fashion and it requires someone who can carry himself/herself with a certain poise and manner which can influence others and drive others to do something productive. I believe that I have the panache to carry myself and influence others. There is a lot of potential growth in the market. I would like to exploit my skills to the fullest and achieve personal and organizational growth.
