SIBM alumni handling leadership positions in different sectors all around the world provide with a validation of its distinctiveness and legacy. Here on the top of the hill in Lavale, a village on the outskirts of Pune, is located the astonishing campus of SIBM. The first thing noticeable is the scenic beauty experience of the transition from the urban city to the woodlands and the mountains during the ride from the city to the campus. There is a unique aesthetic pleasure a person undergoes while entering the main hill-base gate for the first time to makes its way to the top of the hill to reach the campus. With the gradual ascent to the top, cold mountain wind can be felt even in the summers. Then there is the bird's-eye view of the whole Pune city and its surrounding mountains after crossing the ‘the hill-base and the campus gate’ mid-way. After the sunset, the sparkling of the city with its evening panoramic view of the lights from the streets and buildings gives a resemblance of a starry night-sky. Further entering through the hill-top gate, a massive architectural building of the academic block can be noticed, which SIBM shares with other Symbiosis institutes too. And just next to the academic block is the famed viewpoint named as ‘Aqua Point’, from where the scenic and the dramatic landscape of magnificent mountains can be enjoyed after the whole day of hectic lectures and countless sessions. Talking about the SIBM campus is incomplete without mentioning the unstoppable drizzling through the year and how it enhances every aesthetic aspect of the campus.
Coming to its academic programme structure, it consists of the modules and projects which focuses on the current corporate trend. Student life and culture is one other aspect of SIBM it proves its excellence in. With its nine councils and five specialization-based societies, it keeps its student engaged in continuous development by creating a student-driven culture in the university. I want to work for Aditya Birla Management Corporation Private Limited (ABMCPL). With my keen interest in the corporate finance and analyst, it would be a privilege to work for ABMCPL of the ABG Group. My past academic knowledge in International Business and currently in management with the finance base will provide me with the opportunity to utilize and contribute my current skills and knowledge and help me to further develop my expertise in a practical and fast-paced environment.
