Experience is what makes an individual. It separates the real from theoretical. There are experience from which one learns and grows into a better self. Same thing happened to me as well.
I remember the incident very well. It was the first lecture of the first day of the session. We had the first session of Micro Economics. It commenced with an introduction session and mere basic terminology of Economics. After concluding the introduction session, we began studying about Law of Demand. As coming from the B.B.A background, I knew that it would be a very easy. But it was then the tables turned.
We were supposed to, in our own terms and language, dictate the Law of Demand. Everybody participated and came up with their own interpretation. Ma’am listened to every bodies ideas and asked someone to draw the graph of the Law of Demand.’ Over here as well people were making charts that were not according to the books. Now when the teacher asked for the correct graph, I raised my hand and contributed on making a perfect graph for the Law of Demand. She appraised me for my participance but in return she asked me a question saying what is the cause of for the graph to be drawn like that. I had no answers. I couldn’t answer the very crux question of the graph drawn by myself. Ma’am, very kindly, told me “You are still carrying baggage in your mind. Let me clear it for you.” And then she explained me about what is the reason for the graph should be drawn in a particular way. After her explanation, all my doubts were cleared. The experience was short but it helped me learn a lot of things.
What I learned from the experience was that “Always ask Why”. Because until and unless you won’t ask, you won’t know. We are told that this particular thing happens in such a manner. But we never question the “why” part of the question. This also taught me that one has to be interactive.
A man is a social animal. Without anyone to talk to, the person would go crazy being alone. If you ever have any doubt, always ask the reason. Because nothing exist without a particular reason. The more you ask, the more you know.
Which would I like to work and Why
I would like to work in Aditya Birla Group because it has the best working condition for the employees and all the staff workers. Further I would like to narrow down my choice of working to work in Aditya Birla Retail Limited. I would to work in that company because it deals in FMCG products and sells products which is used in day to life. The job requires a curious person who is hungry for improvement and success. I happen to be of the same category. I always look at achieving success for both the organization and personal development.
