My ambition in life until now was always focused on my career. I have always tried my best to excel in them and not compromise at any stage. But on reaching this stage of my life, where I’m in my last leg of education and moving on to my professional life, I realized that being successful in my career is not everything, you need to be settled personally too.
Belonging to a supportive family, my parents have always helped me in achieving my ambitions. The only challenge I have faced is to step up after failure. Though I have usually always tried till I succeed, but getting the right will for it is sometimes difficult. This happened when I couldn’t clear my MBA entrance exams in the first attempt. This was the biggest setback which I faced. Gearing up for my next attempt, was the biggest challenge of my life as far as my career was concerned. However, with strict dedication and motivation I was able to clear it in the next attempt and secured admission in one of the best B-schools.
However, of late in my life I have realized that personal relationships are also of utmost importance in life and maintaining them is my new aim. A person’s struggle to achieve something in life is not his/her struggle alone, but all the people attached to his/her life. I have come to an understanding that success in profession is important, but having someone with whom you can celebrate that success is more essential. The challenge which I am now facing is how to achieve this without compromising my career. Achieving a right work- life balance is thus my new ambition in my life and with each day I’m trying to incorporate new ways to be successful in it.

Personally for me, I have shopped multiple times from Pantaloons and love the clothes for their quality and price and is well suited for middle – class family, to which I belong. Of lately, all my formal clothes which I have bought are from Van Heusen, and they stand out in terms of quality and fitting. Acquisition of the foreign brand Forever 21 was another big victory for them, since it opened foreign style for Indian crowd. For me, it was exploring a totally different kind of fashion at Forever 21, with all the unique styles and patterns of clothes.
Throughout my shopping experience I found the customer experience at Aditya Birla Group excellent. The entire buying process was very standardized and the stores organized and categorized. Customer queries as well as concerns were very well addressed.
All my experiences have led me to believe that Aditya Birla Group treats customers as their first priority. This principle has allowed them to grow in the Indian market. Even my colleagues who have worked in Aditya Birla Group always have praised their work culture. Thus they care about the employees. This helps them achieve a very high revenue growth.
As per my understanding, because of these factors Aditya Birla Group stands out for me and demands a respectable position in my life and hope it continues to retain in the future.
