The major thing in this company is that people with work experience over there always says

that “there is a friendly work environment a lot to learn in this company” Good work life balance is

what essential for every individual which is found here. Employee views are considered in every major

decision taken by company. Employee friendly policies are made here. Flexible working hours with

work from home option is the best option for an employee to work without pressure. Also they invest

in employee skill development programmes.

Fair and transparent management processes are part of this company. Diversity of career choices

owing to the diverse set of businesses is observed here. Personally I feel clarity in career

opportunities and shedding of slow decision making bureaucracy will make it a much more exciting

place to work for young talent. With lot many such advantages ABGLP is a heavenly working place for

an individual like me to excel in carrier with taking advantage of challenging and growth oriented roles

where I can use knowledge for company’s growth share my skills with people

To give a brief introduction about my belief and confidence I present my past experience in which I

found myself passionate about it.

This happened way back in 2013 when I joined Maulana Azad national institute of

technology(MANIT). As a south Indian I entered the college with bare minimum knowledge of Hindi

which I didn’t think that would have such an impact on me. The first impression I got was that I joined

a free radical camp. Seriously because there were rules, there were punishments, there were

students who again didn’t care them. I didn’t care much because I was new and my philosophy was to

live and let others live without judging.

But one day something unusual happened which was immediately after the day I joined, a group

of seniors who were in abnormal state entered our hostel and started abusing even they physically

attacked students which was a first time sight for me. I was completely shocked and of course afraid. I

immediately called my parents and reported the incidents , I still remember what they told me it is you

who are going to stay they for 4 years you have to deal with your actions. Do what your heart says,

you can either complain or accept or revolt against them. But I took another decision that’s something

I am always proud of.

If I just complain or accept nothing is going to change except to me, I may get justice, I might be

free. But I thought of giving the same to everyone. I believe everyone should be free in this world

without any suppressions in any form personally. But this move requires trust from your fellow batch

mates because anything I do should be anonymous because if everyone got to know about what I am

going to do that would become a problem for me.

So I gathered a bunch of people with similar thoughts and some I inspired for the cause. We

voluntarily gave a complaint to MHRD about the situation in the college and fortunately immediate

response was given to us. Also after many unexplainable events happened we finally got some

freedom to us and also to others.

The main thing in this is that trust, confidence in what you do. And the choice I made. I could just

give a complaint and get myself free but instead I took it as a threat to a student’s future. Students at

that young age exposed to such ragging culture will automatically get attracted and may repeat that

with other new comers, so keeping many such situations into consideration I took that important

decision.
