Why Aditya Birla group is a big part of my life?
Aditya Birla group which started as a jute manufacturing company in 1919 grew to such an extent that it became a part of every indian’s day to day life.The role aditya birla group plays in all our lives is beyond words, right from helping us dress up like divas in their fashion brands AllenSolly,Peter England, Van Heusen & Louis Phillip,connecting us through their well connected Vodafone Idea network to meeting our basic construction demands with Birla cements and Everlast aluminium sheets and adding colors to our farmer’s lives with Birla balwan fertilizers they are an integral part of every indian’s being. The firm in which I worked was a loyal customer of Aditya Birla group from the last two decades which made me realize the quality and the commitment they offer to their customers which would make them stay loyal for over decades.
How I have overcome challenges to achieve my goals?
I was elated the day I got placed through campus placements during the final years of my B.Tech , it was a dream come true for me and my parents who always dreamt of their only daughter standing on her own feet. I still remember the happiness my dad had when I delivered the news, his voice cracked with joy. Fast forward to three years I was working in the industry and dreaming of doing an MBA from a prestigious institute while my relatives pushed my parents as to why I wasn’t settling yet? This broke me a little from inside everyday but I never gave upon myself. As the first step towards fulfilling my dream I joined a well known institute for entrance coaching while working which left me with no time for myself or friends and pretty much had me isolated from everyone for the next four to five months.After a gap of about six months of hardships and interview season pressure I did the best that I could and got into one of the premier colleges for MBA.I was able to make my dad, the biggest pillar of support that I had throughout my life proud again.
