ABG represents positivity and has touched a lot of lives during the several years of its existence. I admire its colourful and vibrant logo which signifies that they derive their energy from the sun. It motivates us to keep going even in the face of difficulties. Everyone has their share of highs and lows in life and for me, one such moment was when my grandmother lost her battle with cancer in the year 2013 during my semester examinations. She was my guiding light and always inspired me to do the right things. Even in the toughest times, she motivated people to be happy. Her courage and determination inspired us. Her loss left a void in my life which was impossible to fill. However, I decided to be strong and make her proud through my actions. I worked hard for my examinations and scored the highest marks in the department.
Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?
I remember the first call that I made, way back in 2008, was from my father’s mobile phone which had an idea cellular sim card. As a kid, I was so ecstatic to make calls to my friends and cousins. That was probably the beginning of my association with ABG.
During college as well, my entire wardrobe was filled with apparels I got from Pantaloons. I absolutely love their range and the fact that I could find everything from clothes, footwear, handbags, jewellery etc. all under one roof. Also, Forever21 clothes have been my absolute favourites. Its contemporary designs along with the perfect pricing is something I love. Being from Bhopal, which does not have a Forever21 store, most of my purchases were online from Forever21.in
Today ABG products find greater significance in my life. As I embarked on my MBA journey, my Allen Solly suit accompanied me across various WAT-PI processes. Travelling to various cities my only constant was my grey Allen Solly suit. As I secured admission in MDI, I started buying more formal clothing with Van Heusen and Allen Solly being my favourites. Wearing such magnificent brands gives me a lot of confidence and also serves as a conversation starter when I see my other batch-mates wearing the same.
I also resonate with ABG because of the countless initiatives it has taken for the betterment of the needful as well as for a sustainable future. ABG’s endeavours towards education, healthcare and sustainable livelihood programs have been inspiring. It shows its concern for future generations and care for the various sections of the society. The journey of the Aditya Birla Group has been remarkable and is a source of inspiration for all of us. Its products have found a place in everyone’s life and have become an irreplaceable part. ABG would hold much greater significance in my life in times to come.
