Man, is a social animal; the gregarious nature of his is the only quality which separates him from other counterpart species. Despite of hailing from different backgrounds, culture, region, community we do intend to gel up with people of same mind sets and alike values. That’s the beauty of “being human”. An eminent B school is a perfect place to unearth such people into your ambit. A few of them are described as per my perspective (solely):

A boy with great will power:

On my very first day in IIMT I was sitting on a bench and cherishing the initial moments of me being into an IIM. Suddenly, someone patted my back and enquired where I was from. Being a Xenophobic personality, I was quite amused to such a reaction from an unknown individual. I replied to his eagerness and then the conversation started. I don’t know what connection we had but we ended up discovering each other a lot. So, this Mr. Willpower hails from Delhi and is a die-hard adventure loving person. He did his basic schooling from there itself and post that he joined engineering in a prestigious college of Delhi-NCR. He went on an adventure trip in mountains of Uttarakhand and there he fell from uphill and was in morbid condition for another 6-8 months. But as its rightly said by an author- “It’s hard or almost impossible to kill the human spirit” Mr. Willpower fought with his ailment and came out with a normal, alive and full of life individual. I quite admire his sense of humor and wittiness which makes him a quite gregarious person. I look forward to discovering other qualities in him which would inspire me in being a better person in life.

A Tomboy:

As I was trying to accumulate myself with the much busy environment of the college and I met a girl with “SANKARI” written on her t-shirt and definitely she was not sanskari. She resembled me in a lot many ways. I had a strong urge to talk to her. Eventually we ended up cracking a conversation in a tea stall outside the campus. She carries a swag and an endless attitude of “My life my rules”. She is a great person and a very lovable human being. We went on a day’s trip to the city and discovered the city but moreover we discovered how compatible we all were with each other. She is a recent commerce graduate and is the sole fresher in our group. She is the one who binds the group together and helps each one of us in our low time.

Center of Attraction:

On a dusky evening I decided to take a walk in the campus. I saw a beautiful girl walking on the pathway and looking around with a great sense of insatiable eagerness. I walked beside her and asked if she was from our batch. Later I came to know that she has joined recently and is an engineer too. She is the center of attraction of our group. She is the reason of we being so famous in the campus. She is a damn humorous person and she leaves no stone unturned in making a tensed situation into a soothing memory. She not only brings value to the group but also great sense of joyfulness and carefreeness.

The Silent Killer:

One fine day the sanskari girl called us up and introduced us to a very sweet, quiet & timid person. He seemed to be a very quiet person with negligible oration. Later when he interacted with us we came to know about the volcano inside him. He gives his much-valued suggestion or input at the 11th hour of the problem-solving process. He is called the silent killer of our group just because he remains silent and observant all the time; but when he speaks he is the only one talking and makes everyone look up to him like meek herd of sheep. He is the most diverse person when it comes to academics as he a geography graduate. He brings a sense of calmness and firmness to the group.

Which ABG company would you want to work for and why?

Born in a family of business and teaching my career goals were strictly confined; but as we know interests and dreams are divulge. I have a strong doctrine that one should always choose his/her career in accordance with one’s passion. I am quite passionate to work in the fashion industry and have known from quiet a time that Pantaloons stands at the acumen of the industry. I would be delighted to be accepted at Pantaloons, a wonderful place to learn and grow into a professional of the highest standards. I would be highly obliged to be a part of the esteemed institution and witness and contribute to its enrichment in near future.
