Unlike any other final year engineering student, I was confused on the future course in terms of building a successful career. I always had the idea of doing MBA from a reputed college such as NMIMS and so I enrolled myself for CAT coaching classes. I gave the entrance exam and got shortlisted for the CD/PI round at NMIMS. The coaching classes set some mock interviews before the actual one. My first mock interview went really bad, which made questioned myself at a deeper level. I could not sleep that night as the actual interview was just two weeks ahead.

I knew my profile wasn’t one of the best to get selected in a big college but I had one particular strength that got me selected at NMIMS which is; “Not giving up”.  Coupled with honesty and diligence I was one of the high merit candidates to be selected to the institute. The same positive attitude has helped me at every cross stages of life. I believe my greatest achievement till date would be winning final year project competition at engineering. More than just winning I believe it was the feeling of satisfaction of knowing something new and creative. Also, it was something I did on my own. It is also one of the times in young age when you start understanding the importance of hardworking and being creative and constructive. Doing this project provided valuable insights on managing the task and learning at the same time.
