Life will become dull when there are no ups and downs. Through the ups and downs of running, every human shape themselves into a perfect human being and have a new perspective in their life. In my experience, there are a lot of difficulties faced by me from my schooling to the present. But I believed failure is inevitable, and if I don't fail, then it means I am not taking enough risks to become successful.

Many people believe in failure as fatal. The best way to tackle difficulties is to approach in a positive attitude towards the challenges in life. One of the problems I faced in my life was during my 12th standard. I become ill one month before the final examinations, and the doctor advised me to take rest for three weeks or more as I am fragile, psychically, and mentally. As the exam dates getting closer, the pressure is increasing and become unbearable as I thought of not able to write the exams and I had to wait for one more year for completion. But I believed in myself and got prepared from home, and I was in the top 5% of the college.

Again, during my graduation, I was assigned a project “Internet of Things Based Feedback System,” which I don't know anything about it. I along with my team tried all the best possible ways to learn all the concepts related to the project and to get familiarized with those topics such as writing code for the Arduino and how to dub code into the hardware part, as the deadline for the project becomes closer. But there are a lot of errors in the code we have written, and we become demotivated. But we relied on our strengths and took that as a challenge that we never faced before and completed the project successfully.

HOW ABG IS BIG IN MY LIFE

Aditya Birla Group is an Indian Conglomerate which is widespread across all the cities and became a part of everyone’s life. It operates in 34 countries across the world and has an employee’s force of around 1,20,000. From the cement industry to black carbon industry, telecom to the IT industry, fashion to the retail industry, and lot more, everyone is closely associated with it. The most important thing I love about ABG is their CSR activities for actively developing the social and economic standards of various communities and raising the Human Development Index of India. They are accommodating Skill development programs in rural areas and providing Quality education to 46,500 children, immunizing people against polio disease and providing health camps to treat millions of people, building infrastructure and making smart villages in Rural India.

I am closely associated with Aditya Birla Group in many ways. Firstly, in the fashion segment, its multi-brand fashion retail chain Pantaloons. It offers a wide range of brands targeting all classes of people instead of venturing to a niche target. The various brands such as Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Peter England in pantaloons made my job easy for selecting the formal apparel during my MBA interviews at all affordable prices compared to other retail chains. It offers fashionable garb in casuals as well, which makes us confident in styling and changes our attitude towards fashion.

The second most thing I associated with the ABG group is the telecom sector. The Vodafone Idea Cellular is the largest telecom company in terms of subscribers and revenue, and it provides me cellular signal even in the backward and underdeveloped rural areas which helped me to connect to my friends and the world and availed internet and other services which have a significant impact in my life.

During my house construction, I used Ultratech cement, which is very strong and reliable and preferred by the engineers. The Birla Carbon is also part of everyone’s life, such as the Tire in every second car in the world is made of Birla Carbon Black. In this way, the Aditya Birla Group has a considerable Impact and Big in my life.
