I am interested to work for Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited because I have an interest at observing the changing trends and staying updated with the fashion industry.
In a country like India where people are open to a wide range of choice for clothing varying from Indian to Western, festival to festival, and region to region and where youth have become fashion conscious due to the exposure to social media, Indian apparel industry is blooming. Currently, Indian customers are highly brand aware and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited merges two of the greatest fashion brands Madura Fashion & Lifestyle and Pantaloons Fashion and Retail. It has been doing well with the further acquirement of Forever 21 and growing revenues of 10% every year.
