SIBM Pune, the beautiful campus hidden in the arms of mother nature, with greenery all around, clouds floating through the classes, the musical sound of the waterfall, the view of the reservoir from the Aqua point, the soothing walk amidst the green roads from hostel to class, well! this is just the beginning. From the whispers of the wind in the calm morning to croaking of frogs in the night, from the sudden burst of rains to the hissing of friendly snakes, there is harmony within Mother Nature and its beings.
No creature is harmed here (even the snakes, if spotted, are released back into deep forests by experts and not captured) and the campus is far from any signs of pollution. The students cycle between the hostel, mess and classes maintaining the serenity of the surroundings. All the guests/alumni that have come to the campus have never skipped mentioning the sheer beauty of the campus. It is indeed a treat to the eyes and needs to be seen once to reminisce forever. SIBM Pune doesn't just have the beauty of nature but also a beautiful variety amongst the students. From freshers to students with more than six years of experience are seen walking under the same umbrella, eating on the same table, working in a team on projects as well as cracking and laughing at jokes together. From engineers to CAs to philosophy majors and even psychology majors, the diversity here is unbeatable.
And yes! the student-driven culture is very prominent. Students take care of almost everything, from corporate interactions to media promotions to even addressing fees and accounts department issues. SIBM Pune is a platform for immense growth as an individual and as future managers.

The ABG Company I would like to work for is Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited. ABFRL is India's No 1. Fashion Lifestyle entity. More specifically, I would like to work for Pantaloons under the ABFRL. Pantaloons has been a major breakthrough in the apparel & fashion industry so, it can provide great opportunity to learn and grow. It has got a huge customer base and to be able to manage a mega-store that keeps in demands of all sections of the society would be a challenging yet enthralling learning experience with immense scope for growth.
