Here goes my Interview Experience.
Like all the interview processes that happened for the admission process to a class of 2021-2023, the process of SJMSOM was also online. But what made the process different and interesting was the use of the Gather platform along with the traditional zoom calls for interviews. After a smooth document verification process, I went on the interview call. My interview panel had 3 panelists. The interview goes as follows:

Q4. What do you do in it?
Explained our B2B sales model and explained how we gather requirements.

Q6. Which of these would you not learn by continuing working?
I said my company employs engineers even for marketing roles so all of us think on similar lines.
So an MBA would help to diversify my role, diversify my knowledge and help me be a better fit for my organization. Seemed impressed.

Told it was a good budget as it focused on infusing capital in the economy. More allocation in health, privatization of entities like LIC and IDBI.
Q10. What do you think about privatization?
I said in the free market there is no government control besides if they privatize banks they would not need to infuse capital again and again in banks causing more pressure on government expenditure. (Said good)
Q11. What was the previous year's fiscal deficit?
9.5 percent
Q12. Where does the government get money from?
I said loans, through disinvestment, through GST.
