“Could anything be better than this: Waking up every day knowing that lots of people are smiling because you chose to impact lives, making the world a better place?”- Anyaele Sam Chiyson. I live by this thought and believe that there is nothing above this. We as humans, specially the privileged ones should work towards creating a beautiful and harmonious world for others who are not so privileged. Since my childhood I had seen my father contributing to the lives of others and trying to give a bit of happiness in many lives. Growing up to this, how could I be behind? One fine day, I learnt my father had a desire that if he could also had a chance to study and attend school like all other children of his age did. However, he had responsibilities on his head since his early days and couldn’t do it. The day I got to know this, it became my dream to become a person who is able to fulfill the dreams of children who wished to study and do something in their lives. Since then, I am an active volunteer of multiple NGOs where I am involved in teaching children and I also contribute in my society and its vicinity where I not only teach children but help older people learn new things and new technologies. I find a piece of satisfaction, a content with myself when I see people learn and grow in least possible ways. Helping people and being kind towards people who you know won’t have much to return other than their affection is what I believe each and every person should do. And this is what organizations like Aditya Birla Group value most, because ultimately at the end, it is the people who they are associated with and who they work for.
