As the name “Symbiosis” suggests, SIBM’s campus can be summarized as a picturesque place where people from different backgrounds come together to learn and synergize in harmony. What makes this place really stand out is the striking blend of nature and modern infrastructure.
The hilltop campus is situated about 60kms from Khandala and offers some of the most breath-taking sceneries throughout the campus. Weather is pleasant throughout the year and rainfall is a norm which every student has become used to. The campus is away from the city and its pollution, noise and traffic. Another fascinating thing about this campus is that we share this campus with different colleges of Symbiosis like the Institute of Media Communications, Telecom Management and more. This helps a student here to interact with people from different disciplines and in the process learn to develop a wider perspective. The infrastructure offered at this campus is remarkable, from football grounds to swimming pools they have it all covered. They even have community bicycles for students to move around campus. All these aspects really aid a student to stay healthy and explore activities outside the classroom.
Finally, I believe that this campus does a splendid job to create a very conducive and nurturing environment for learning to occur seamlessly.

Given the opportunity, I would like to work for UltraTech Cement Limited. It is one of the leading cement producers globally spread across 5 countries. Getting a chance to understand a business which is running at such a massive scale would be extremely rewarding for my career. UltraTech also offers wide range of developmental programmes for employees like ‘Employee Value Proposition’ (EVP) and continuous learning programmes at the Aditya Birla Institute of Management Learning. Also as an HR major, it would be a terrific opportunity to get insights on people management practices followed at an industry-leading firm like this.
