My year of Birth 1995 has incidentally coincided with the launch of the new corporate logo of the Aditya Birla Group -The rising sun, During my childhood, I spent much of my time watching Television by which I admired to see the logo and that became the first image that I drew in my sketching book. As in the school days, we used to have the rule of wearing a civil dress in one of the days of the week which were brought from Allen Solly-Friday Dressing, Why So Serious. My father was a gazetted officer, he always used to shop his shirts from the Peter England brand that had the class and honesty in it. The brand was positioned well in the market with the tagline “Honest Shirt”. Along with the shirts from Louis Philippe – The upper Crest which had the elite quality of products with a great finish.
Being from an Indian middle-Class family, building a home is one of my dreams. Having several Engineers in my family besides me, for us quality is always of the utmost priority. For this simple reason, we choose the Ultratech “The Engineer’s choice” for constructing our sweet home. Besides which we need the Insurance which was taken up by the Birla Sun Life Insurance Co Ltd. Later on, there were several encounters of ABG in my life as the first-time experiences like my first call was made from Idea Cellular phone which is now called as Vodafone Idea and my first blazer for my power packed corporate journey was bought from Van Heusen-Power Dressing.
Inspired by Challenge, Conquered the Ambition
I am a person who gives equal importance to extracurricular, co-curricular and academics. During my under-graduation days, I held various positions of responsibilities and was good at planning my day as well as the huge events. As there will be two sides for a coin, the other side being not executing few days of mine as per the plan, which was due to the lack of consistency that resulted after various analysis in different circumstances. From that moment onward, I have focused and struggled a lot for my betterment both in the personality as well as my character.
I was a bike enthusiast from my childhood and a free soul who loves to travel long distances with the primary motto of knowing their extent of respective vehicle’s capacity by riding it to the longest journey possible. As there is saying that we will give the best when we are competing with the strongest. In similar lines, I made my first long distance ride of 855 KM in 12 hours in September 2016 and became one of the very few members from India who has made this happen. Consistency was one of the key factors to complete a challenge of traveling 1650 KM. This challenge was taken up and by making one ride to 4 states passing through 9 cities and traveling 1650 KM within the span of 24 hours has made me complete my ambition of life which was to become the Certified Long-Distance Rider awarded by Londistanceriders.com.
