The One where everyone finds out

PART A:

Neitzche believed that most culture exists purely to distract us from  the truth. If he is to be believed, then the context of our experience  matters little when compared to the content of our experience. My story with Aditya Birla Group (ABG) started with my internship at Aditya Birla Capital. My time with Aditya Birla Captial has been so much more than what I  expected. It wasn’t just two months of saying “yes sir” or doing  menial/unimportant work – it involved an impactful and challenging  project, and good memories drawn from experiences well beyond office  hours.

During my internship my mentor time-and-again emphasized the  importance of building soft skills. I am bereft of words to thank Aditya  Birla Group for a marvelous internship experience. Undoubtedly, the past two months were the best of my MBA life.

PART B:

Every soul has a light

Every mind, a war

Every heart, an ache

Every shoulder, a burden

Every eye, an ocean

Every hope, a hurdle

Every armour, a kink

Every wound, a secret

Every battle, a loss

Every man, a story!

My failure story: B. Tech CSE 3rd year

  • Got indulged into bad company of friends.
  • My ego , attitude problem, arrogance were all at there peak.
  • Disobeyed my parents (but not too much, probably because I was born good:))for the sake of false friendship.
  • Though  I always scored good grades despite studying just a day before the exam  (don’t know how) and that is why probably no one corrected me for so  long.
  • Several kinds of distractions which I wouldn't like to mention.

Now,  when I look back I find this year as a failed year of my life. An year  in which I couldn't do anything productive and worthwhile to be proud  of.

My success story: B. Tech CSE 4th year

I don't know what happened.Maybe some self-realisation.

  • I left my peer group completely. By leaving them completely means that not even an exchange of a ‘Hello’ could take place. It was tough and at times (or rather most of the times)I had an urge to get back and again have fun/ bunk classes etc.
  • Avoided  any kind of distraction and social media. But then still I had a  question at the back of my mind that is that all worth it.
  • Started studying sincerely.

But  then, 12hrs before my final exam of Computer Networks my hands Started itching,  I had fever, I couldn't concentrate. Something was wrong and it was  detected within an hour that I had chicken pox.

Now this was so unexpected. I had worked so hard for an entire year and I could see everything going in vain.

But, I don't know how, I decided to give all my remaining exams despite getting warnings from all over the world.

I still remember that I gave my literature exam with poxes spurting all over my body and a fever high enough to melt iron.

And  I couldn't study properly for my Database Management exam because poxes appeared  inside both my eyes. I just stayed helplessly over my bed pondering over  my misfortune.

But  when the results came out I couldn't believe my luck, I got a CGPA of 9.6 which helped me with my overall GPA of 6.7. That day I got all my questions answered and all my  doubts cleared. My story which I was thinking to be a failure turned  into success.

And  not just this, now I am away from any kind of negativity and I know that  anything is possible and I am more confident and hope to maintain the  same in future.
