Overcoming the challenge…

I can think of one challenge which I faced at my workplace. Before joining SDA Bocconi Asia Center, I used to work at TCS as an SAP BASIS Consultant.

On an upgrade activity, our system completely stalled, we regrouped, coordinated with the team to find the solution and get the upgrades back on track. We were able to successfully troubleshoot the issue and solve the problem within a very short span of time and without loosing out much time and burning the team. I was able to do this by constant motivation from my managers and leads. This was one of the instants where in I learnt how to manage time, how to remain calm and composed in a challenging situation, how to communicate within the team to get a proper solution for a problem
