A Journey Built from the Ground Up
When the world slowed down during the pandemic, Vibha didn’t. She was still a student at Shri Ram College of Commerce, navigating lockdowns, financial uncertainty, and academic rigor — but she decided to do something few would dare. She started her own homegrown bakery, built it from scratch, and scaled it into a thriving small business with over 100 products and a 4.8/5 customer rating.
What began as a way to support her family soon became a lesson in grit. Vibha handled everything — from baking to branding, from customer feedback to digital marketing. The experience taught her how to adapt fast, stay composed under pressure, and turn a setback into a springboard.
Before that, she had already proven her academic brilliance — AIR 5 in Class 12, a degree from SRCC, and clearing CA Intermediate in her first attempt. Her achievements weren’t just the product of hard work; they were evidence of a deeper pattern — the ability to thrive when the odds are uncertain.
At IIM Lucknow, Vibha carried that same energy forward. She interned with J.P. Morgan in the Markets division, diving into the fast-paced world of finance, where she learned how precision, timing, and judgment come together to move decisions that matter. For Vibha, the numbers were never just numbers — they told stories of people, markets, and emotions.
What Sets Her Apart
Vibha’s strengths lie in how she thinks and how she connects. Her first — emotional resilience — is what has kept her grounded through every change. Whether it was balancing academics with entrepreneurship or supporting her family through tough times, she’s always found a way to rebuild stronger.
Her second — empathetic leadership — defines how she works with people. She’s mentored over a hundred MBA aspirants, led teams for Asia’s largest undergraduate business fest, and built communities that value trust and collaboration. She doesn’t just manage; she listens, understands, and creates space for others to grow.
And finally, there’s her gift for storytelling — a skill she honed as a content creator with over 2.5 million impressions online. Vibha knows how to make ideas stick — how to take something complex and translate it into something clear, meaningful, and real.
The Human Edge in a Tech-Driven World
In an age where AI is transforming everything from analysis to communication, Vibha’s strength lies in her ability to bring the human layer back into the equation. She uses data to guide decisions, but empathy to make them meaningful.
During her internship at J.P. Morgan, she learned that even in the most quantitative roles, success depends on understanding the story behind the numbers — the people, the behaviors, the context. That same instinct drove her as an entrepreneur, when she used customer insights to shape product strategy and improve experiences.
Her ability to merge analytical sharpness with human sensitivity makes her an asset in any environment that demands both logic and empathy — which, today, is almost every organization.
A Moment That Defines Her
It’s easy to measure someone by titles or awards. But what often reveals true character are the quiet choices made when no one’s watching.
In her final year at SRCC, Vibha was preparing for a national case competition that could have landed her a pre-placement offer. Just a day before the final round, she received a call — the daughter of her house help, a student Vibha had been tutoring, had fallen severely ill. Vibha dropped everything and rushed to the hospital, staying till late at night to help arrange care and calm a distraught mother.
She missed the competition submission. Her team went ahead without her. But that didn’t matter. “There was no award that could match the feeling of knowing I did the right thing,” she recalls. That night taught her what leadership really means — to show up for someone else when it’s hardest to.
