Its products and services touch every life uniquely, and so it touched mine. Thinking about one particular product i.e. Idea cellular ltd. Took me back down the memory lane. So, I hail from Dehradun. While my parents moved to the city, my grandparents decided to stay close to the nature in our ancestral house somewhere in the interior of Uttarakhand. Telecom services were not good there and we had to wait for days to connect to them.
