As a young, aspiring and motivated person who has stars in his eyes, I always wanted a calming and assuring presence in my life. Someone I can rely on. A huge influence has been the Aditya Birla Group. I have trusted the largest portion of my hard-earned money with the Aditya Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund. This is the faith I hold in the Aditya Birla Group. These savings are planned for my investment in life – my own house. This house will most probably be built using Ultratech cement, the largest cement manufacturer in India. My car most probably has tyres with carbon black manufactured by Birla Carbon and this provides an additional level of safety which is always priceless. I do love looking dapper, so whenever I feel the urge I shop at Pantaloons for my favourite Allen Solly and Louis Phillipe outfits. Didn’t I talk about going on long drives, the roads and great infrastructure would mostly have been built using Ultratech Cement. The can of coke I drink is mostly through Aditya Birla's multiple aluminium rolling mills just as Novelis is in North America. Health and Life, in general, is way too precious and hence I have insured myself through Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance. The food we eat and nourishes me has probably itself been nourished by the fertilizer’s manufactured at the numerous manufacturing facilities of Aditya Birla Group all over the country. Aluminium vessels have always been a big part of an average Indian household and mine is no different. All in all, the Aditya Birla Group is a part of my life right from the time I wake up till I sleep…. Oh, wait its actually even a part of my dreams of making it big in this life. That’s why I consider it to be a constant in most things I do.

Growing in a lower-middle-class family, my parents have always given me and my siblings the best of what is absolutely required in life. No frills and no extra luxuries in life. There came a time when things got difficult, but this uncertainty made us much stronger as a family. My elder siblings have been my biggest support system, and once they started earning, helped me pay off my engineering fees and gave me the opportunity to learn to play the piano. I have never taken any extra coaching during my engineering years and began teaching the piano professionally to help gather some savings. Even now during my gruelling MBA, I do take time to train more than 10 kids the piano for Trinity Guildhall London Solo piano exams. This helps me not only pay off my student loan but in typical financial terms also be “cashflow positive”. However, teaching has not always been a medium to just earn money. I am also a part of the social teaching “Harmony Centre” in my local church which aims at providing musical education to the underprivileged in my locality.  And this has never come in the way of my regular studies. I have maintained a grade point of 3.34, on par with the top percentiles of the batch at NMIMS and have won numerous competitions in multiple domains, the highlight of my first year being awarded the National runners up title at Mahindra Logiquest Season 3. To me, Aditya Birla Group is a great opportunity to be a part of such a great organisation and would cherish the relationship. Eagerly looking forward to being given a chance to join the Aditya Birla Group.
