With a legacy of 162 years, Aditya Birla group is one of the biggest Indian conglomerates which needs no introduction.ABG has its presence in a diverse set of sectors in India as well as in the world. Aditya Birla Group is with my family and me for a lifetime as we are a proud member of Birla sun life insurance. The first life policy my father took for us was Birla sun life. So it had already made a presence in my life even before I could know about the company itself. So, That is the presence that Aditya Birla group has in peoples lives.
Like many of you, I have also been a fashion enthusiast whole my life. I have always wanted to look my best at every moments and fashion is what gave me that satisfaction and confidence. All of us try to look our best on every occasion or event we go to and we all want to look fashionable and stylish. ABG has been at the forefront of transforming the fashion in India, with brands like Allen Solly, Peter England, Vanheusen, People, and forever 21 becoming the primary choice of millions of people in India. For, I have been shopping from these brands from the time I started buying branded clothes itself. so, it has given me the chance to look the part whenever I wanted to and has provided me the feeling of completeness.
Part B:
It was 3 years ago when I completed my graduation and started working with my brother in business. We wanted to do something on our own, so we started a small business. It was a distribution business. We were very excited when we started but it did not take us very long to realize that it is not going to be easy. Soon we began to encounter difficulties, slowly and gradually as our expenses started rising, we were not able to generate any money to sustain, and since we already had invested a lot in the business, we could not just leave it just like that. It was a very difficult time so much that at one time We had to deliver our products our self. We struggled to sell our products. We started going to the clients In the hope of successfully convincing them to buy our products, but all our efforts to make money failed.
But then we realized that we were doing it all wrong from the start. We were not focusing on building our brand. Instead, we were trying to force our product in the market; we corrected our self and started with a new approach. We made a strong relation with our clients and worked on providing reliable service. We developed our trust with our clients, and soon we saw the results. We managed to expand our business to one more city and started generating profit. We were finally able to set up our own business.
