I feel Our generation's basic needs are technology, clothing, shelter.Aditya Birla Group(ABG) is providing all these three in some or other way. I came across ABG products at three important stages of my life, which has transformed me into new person. The first time I had come across ABG is when I joined boarding school. Think of a situation when you are suddenly pushed into boarding school, which is a completely new world. Initially I found it difficult to engulf the food as my thoughts are engulfed with my home. Even I fell sick. “IDEA” cellular network came to my rescue which has changed my life. A small talk with parents before I go to bed has given me a hope that I can go through this hostel life. From then on, I was into hostel life till my graduation. All this is possible because of strong ABG IDEA cellular network.
Here comes my second meet with ABG. A job offer during campus placement is great achievement for a boy from rural middle-class family, who has lot of expectations on him. During my placement training sessions, we were told that “The way you dress is an expression of your personality”. Peter England is the first name suggested by most of my friends for interview formals. I went with their suggestion, and wore it for my interview. When I wore it, it has unknowingly imparted immense confidence in me ,that I can go through the interview. And can you imagine what happened……I came out with flying colours. It is rightly said that first impression is the best impression and it goes well with ABG for providing such a finest first experience.
Moving to third stage of my meet with ABG. It is always a great opportunity to be part of full filling parents dream. My parents dreamt of having own house. I along with my brothers thought of to make their dream come true. The life span of home depends on the quality of cement we use, so we have zeroed on ULTRA TECH, which is known for its quality. It is rightly conveyed by its tagline “BUILD BEAUTIFULLY” your dream houses. When I look back into my past, I feel that ABG has played a pivotal role in shaping my career and also fulfilling my parents dream. I am so thankful to ABG and looking forward to have more meets in future.
Spreading a ray of education in my village
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world” said by Nelson Mandela. I feel I am lucky enough to have proper formal education. All this credit goes to my parents, who has sent me outside of my village for higher education. When I came to my home during school holidays, I observed that there is a gap in terms of education between my village and outside world. A lot bunch of children don’t go to school. I made up mind to narrow down this gap. For this, I gathered few of my friends and formed a team. we have arranged a meeting in the evening for the parents, but there was a poor turn up of number of parents. we are not at all discouraged, we told them how the education has immense potential to transform each one of us. Slowly we are able to bring positiveness in the villagers. But in mean time elections are approaching nearby slowly there is some kind of disturbance in my core team, as it consisted people from different political parties.It has become very hard for me to bring them together on same platform and to remove the difference that has come to surface. I had decided to bring them back into work.I negotiated and had discussion and at last i convinced them to work together.I felt this period is very challenging one to bring them together. Now the situation has completely changed. We have collected funds to construct a library. Also we have been conducting evening tuition's in the village, which has got huge response from the parents and students as well. what ever challenges we may face in future,we will overcome them and We would carry forward this initiative.
